Cancellation Policy at The Downtown Wellness Spa
We ask that you respect our time, as we respect yours. Please give us plenty of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We may ask for a credit card number to hold your appointment. This card number is saved in a secure location. We require no less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling appointments. Your credit card will ONLY be charged in the event of a no call/no show or cancellation/reschedule less than 24 hour notice.
Our cancellation fee is a nonrefundable $100 deposit.
Return Policy at The Downtown Wellness Spa
We strive to meet our clients skincare needs. We make recommendations based on
your individual needs and concerns. With that said, sometimes a product may cause an
adverse skin reaction such as hives or abnormal swelling. Sometimes the mechanics of
the product may be faulty. In those cases we are more than happy to return the
skincare product for a same product exchange or in Spa credit.
A good portion of our products take several weeks to a few months to have a full effect
and some even will cause redness, cracking, itching and peeling during the process.
We will no longer be able to accept returns due to those reactions or if you don’t care for
the product’s smell or texture, or if you have decided you do not need the item or if you
bought it by mistake.
Jane Iredale Products can be exchanged/returned within 5 days only if the shade is a
mismatch or an allergic reaction has occurred. You will receive an in Spa credit for these
returned items. We offer a complementary color match at the Spa.
All Orthomolecular sales are final and are not eligible for return or Spa credit.
● Eligible ZO, jane iredale, SkinBetter must be returned within 5 days of
purchase
● All Boutique returns must be done within 30 days of purchase
● Orthomolecular items do not qualify for exchange, refund or in Spa credit
● Eligible returns will receive in Spa credit that that will remain as a credit
until used for any Spa service or product
● Faulty Products will be eligible for exchange only for the same product at
same price paid
● If the spa is having a “sale” on products after the date of purchase,
you will be unable to return the item to receive the discounted price.
● Special orders of Jane will have to be paid at time of order and will not be
eligible for return or in Spa credit.
